CENTRALE DEL LATTE D’ITALIA S.p.A.: The Shareholders’ Meeting approved the 2018 financial statements.
The Shareholders’ Meeting of Centrale del Latte d’Italia S.p.A. (CLI) – a company listed, since 2001, on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana and currently the third-ranking Italian player in the fresh and long-life milk market, with leadership positions in Piemonte, Liguria, Tuscany and Veneto – was held today to approve the financial statements for FY 2018.
At a consolidated level, Centrale del Latte d’Italia Group recorded consolidated net revenue of € 180.3 million at 31/12/2018. At 31/12/2018 EBITDA equalled € 7.7 million, whereas EBIT was positive for € 848 thousand. The consolidated net result, after taxes and due to the accounting of prepaid taxes for € 541 thousand related to the Patent Box, after was positive for € 398 thousand.
The Meeting resolved to allocate the profit for the year equal to € 487,010 as follows:
- € 24,350 to the legal reserve
- € 462,660 to the extraordinary reserve
The Meeting also expressed a favourable vote on the Remuneration Report.
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Law, the Executive in charge of drafting corporate accounts, Mr. Giuseppe Bodrero, stated that the accounting information herein contained tallies with the company’s documentary evidence, ledgers and accounts.
With 4 factories and some 415 employees, Centrale del Latte d’Italia Group produces and sells more than 120 products, ranging from milk and milk products to yogurt and drinks of plant origin, distributed in over 16,000 traditional shops and large retail chains in the pertinent areas under the brand names TappoRosso, Mukki, Tigullio and Vicenza.
