Integration to the Press Release on the approval of the First Half Year Financial Statement as of June 30, 2006 – Some additional remarks on the 2007/2009 Business Plan.

Through inside growth – with the introduction of new references in the fresh and ultra-fresh market segment, including special types of milk and yogurt, coupled with packaging innovation for fresh and long-life milk, and the launching of 4th range salad and fruit production in the new plant of the affiliated company Salads & Fruits in Casteggio (PV) – a sales growth can be forecast for 2009, for the whole Group, amounting to 115.5 million (CAGR 5.8%).

Further, production development in the new plant of the subsidiary company Centrale del Latte di Vicenza will make it possible to optimize and rationalize the production of both this company and of the Group as a whole, with subsequent cost reduction.

Owing to the combined effect of both these actions, the Group plans to reach, by 2009, EBITDA figures amounting to 15.1 million, accounting for 13.1% of turnover (13.2% CAGR), thus in line with EBITDA figures currently reported by the Holding Company.
