Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.P.A. stake in Salads & Fruits increased from 83.7% to 94.92%.

Centro Latte Rapallo S.p.A.: up to a 50% stake in GPP Genova Pasta e Pesto S.p.A.

Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. – a company listed in the Star Segment of Borsa Italiana (the Italian Stock Exchange) which, together with its Subsidiary Companies Centro Latte Rapallo and Centrale del Latte di Vicenza, produces and sells fresh milk, dairy, and ultrafresh products – following a capital increase of Euro 1.4 million, has increased its stake in Salads & Fruits Srl, a company based in Casteggio (PV), from 83.7% to 94,92%. This company produces and sells fresh salads and fruit.

At the same time Salads & Fruits, with a stock capital of Euro 2,288 million, has sold its (25%) stake in Belgravia Srl, a company based in Azzano San Paolo (BG) – which also produces fresh salads – to the Camozzi Family, who already owned 74% of the company.

Despite this operation, aiming at shareholding rationalization, all supply agreements in force between Salads & Fruits Srl and Belgravia Srl and the companies of Gruppo Centrale del Latte di Torino for the sale of fresh salads will remain unchanged.

Finally, the Subsidiary Company Centro Latte Rapallo S.p.A., following previous agreements, has raised its stake in GPP Genova Pasta e Pesto S.p.A., to 50%. This company owns industrial premises in Genova Bolzaneto, that are rented out to third parties.
