Acquired 100% stake in Salads & Fruits S.r.l.

Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. – a company listed in the Star Segment of Borsa Italiana (the Italian Stock Exchange) which, together with its Subsidiary Companies Centro Latte Rapallo and Centrale del Latte di Vicenza, produces and sells fresh milk, dairy, and ultrafresh products – has acquired full control of Salads & Fruits Srl, already held with a 96.13% stake, following the acquisition of the remaining 3.87% share.

Moreover, Salads & Fruits Srl, a company based in Casteggio (PV) producing and packing fresh salads and fruit, under its own brand as well as for third parties, will be reporting sales for 2008 amounting to € 3.3 million.
