CENTRALE DEL LATTE DI TORINO & C. S.P.A.: now holds 100% share in Centrale del Latte di Vicenza S.p.A., following the acquisition of Granarolo S.p.A’s interest.

Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. – a Company listed in the Star Segment of Borsa Italiana (the Italian Stock Exchange), which, together with the subsidiary companies Centro Latte Rapallo and Centrale del Latte di Vicenza, produces and sells fresh milk, dairy products, and extra-fresh produce – has acquired a further 8.2% stake in Centrale del Latte di Vicenza from Granarolo, thus reaching full control of this subsidiary company.

With this latest acquisition, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. confirms its vocation as an inter-regional Group producing and selling fresh and long-life milk, dairy products, and extra-fresh produce.

Centrale del Latte di Vicenza S.p.A. shall remain independent, from a corporate as well as operational point of view. Under its President, Mr. Riccardo Pozzoli, and the General Manager, Mr. Alberto Bazzotto, it aims at becoming a reference centre for milk and dairy production in Veneto, also through its new plant in Vicenza Est, which opened on June 21 2008 and for which the Group has invested over 30 million Euros.
