Pursuant to article IA.2.6.7 of Borsa Italiana Regulations, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. hereby gives notice that on 6 May 2015 Mr. Nicola Codispoti resigned, for family reasons, from the Board and from the Committee for dealings with related parties.
