Centrale del Latte d’Italia S.p.A. (the “Company”) announces that Antonella Mansi has resigned with immediate effect from the office of director of the Company.

Antonella Mansi held the role of non-executive and independent director of the Company, as well as member and Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee and of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and member of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties.

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, Antonella Mansi does not hold Company shares as of today. Antonella Mansi has no right to indemnities or other benefits resulting from the termination of the office.

Antonella Mansi motivated her resignation because of the inability to express her role to the best of her ability within the Company’s Board of Directors.
