Turin, 27 May 2021 – The Board of Directors of Centrale del Latte d’Italia S.p.A. (“CLI” or the “Company“), which met today, has appointed, as the new general manager of the secondary office of CLI, in Firenze (FI), Via dell’Olmatello n. 20, Mr. Stefano Cometto, giving to him the relative powers, in substitution of Mr. Marco Massaccesi, which has reached the retirement age, to whom the Board of Directors would like to thank for his contribution to the Company over the years.

In addition, the Board of Directors of CLI – taking note of the powers conferred to the Director Stefano Cometto, member of the Related Party Transactions Committee (the “RPT Committee”) of the Company, which determined the loss of the qualification of non-executive director, a requisite required for the members of the aforementioned internal committee – announces that, while waiting to proceed with the integration of the current Board of Directors, the RPT Committee is composed of two independent and non-executive directors, Anna Claudia Pellicelli, as member, and Valeria Bruni Giordani, as President.
