Turin, 20 April 2022 – In view of the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Centrale del Latte d’Italia S.p.A.
(“CLI” or the “Company“) convened, on first call, on 28 April 2022, and, if necessary, on 5 May 2022, on second call, pursuant to Article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999 (the “Issuers Regulation“), the Company announces the total voting rights, together with the number of shares representing the share capital, at the date referred to in Article 83-sexies, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 2020 (the “TUF”).
