Turin, 15 September 2026 – The Board of Directors of Centrale del Latte d’Italia S.p.A. (“CLI” or the “Company”), the third Italian player in the fresh and long-life milk market, has approved the Half-Year Financial Report as at 30 June 2026.
The Company recorded revenues of € 156.1 million in the first half of 2026, compared to € 171.8 million at 30 June 2025, with a decrease of 9.1% mainly due to a reduction in the average selling price.
The EBITDA of the first half stands at € 14.8 million, against the € 15.2 million reported at 30/06/2025, with a margin of 9.5%, up compared to the 8.8% margin reported in the first half 2025 thanks to an improvement in the supply chain. EBIT at 30/06/2026 is equal to € 7.1 million, up compared to € 6.9 million as at 30/06/2025.
As a result of these significant performances, the Company recorded, in the first half of 2026, an after-tax net profit of € 4 million, against € 4.6 million at 30/06/2025.
The net financial position of CLI remained stable, as it went from € -18.1 million at 31/12/2025 to € -27.1 million as at 30/06/2026.
