Notice pursuant to the Regulations of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and Consob.

Following newly enforced Regulations of Borsa Italiana (the Italian Stock Exchange) and Consob, transposing Directive 2004/109/CE Transparency, the Board of Directors of Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. will meet Friday, August 29, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., in order to approve the consolidated Financial Statement for the first half of 2008.

Conversely, the Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled on Tuesday July 29, 2008, which was to discuss the second quarter report for 2008, has been cancelled.

Resolutions passed by the Board of Directors will be promptly divulged by Press Release pursuant to Consob’s Decision No. 11971 dated May 14, 1999.
